From local success to global scale-up in 12 weeks

Another transformation programme delivered by CCR. We defined the roadmap for a top South African jewellery retailer to transition from domestic leader to global brand



The brand had built a devoted following through craftsmanship, product innovation, and in-store experience. However, its marketing, digital ecosystem and audience strategy were still largely domestic, limiting global growth potential.

We distilled a unified global brand DNA, covering brand essence and pillars to audiences and storytelling architecture. This created a single strategic foundation to guide every channel and market. 


Phase 3: Activate

We defined a sequenced roadmap covering brand systems, digital transformation, performance marketing, and operational infrastructure,  ensuring every step added measurable value and scalability. 


The result?

A complete strategic playbook and implementation path enabling the business to evolve from a local success story into an internationally resonant brand, with a roadmap for 2026.
